The Supreme Court is set to weigh in on one of President Trump's most cherished and ambitious policy endeavors in the birthright citizenship case it is set to hear on Wednesday, just over a month after axing the centerpiece of his tariff agenda.
An end to birthright citizenship would mean a new layer of bureaucracy for all babies born in the U.S. and could cause delays for health insurance and other benefits.
