The Trump administration is reducing the number of immigration enforcement officers in Minnesota after state and local officials agreed to cooperate by turning over arrested immigrants, border czar Tom Homan said.
The county filed a motion demanding the return of ballots and other election materials that were seized by the F.B.I. in a highly unusual move by the Trump administration.
