Veteran strategist James Carville warned on Wednesday that democratic socialist Zohran Mamdani's upset win in New York's mayoral primary could hurt Democrats nationwide.
"Mayor Adams routinely hosts new state and city elected officials and their families at Gracie Mansion as part of his effort to build relationships across all levels of government," spokesperson Todd Shapiro said.
