At least two people were killed when a man drove a vehicle toward a crowd of people and launched a stabbing attack near a synagogue in Manchester, police said.
Police declared a terrorist incident after two people were killed and three others were seriously injured when a man rammed a car into a crowd and stabbed people at an Orthodox synagogue.
