Just two days after a covert operation to strike Russian jets with drones, Ukrainian officials say they used explosives to take out the pillar of a critical Russian bridge to Crimea. NBC News' Keir Simmons reports.
Explosions in the morning and afternoon rocked the symbolic bridge, but after several hours of closure, authorities said the span connecting Crimea to Russia, had reopened.
