Organizers said 20 boats have been intercepted and at least 200 passengers detained as the convoy presses toward Gaza to try to break the Israeli blockade.
The boats were part of a flotilla, carrying Greta Thunberg and other activists, that was organized to break Israel's blockade of Gaza and protest the war.
