A source in the Trump administration denied a report that Attorney General Pam Bondi was fired for alerting Rep. Eric Swalwell to the FBI's efforts to release investigative files on his relationship with an alleged Chinese spy.
Suffolk District Attorney Raymond Tierney said in a statement Tuesday that evidence recovered against Ramirez "raises serious questions about what he intended that night."
