Embattled Rep. Max Miller blew past the 4 pm deadline Wednesday to step aside and allow for a special election to replace him in Ohio's 7th Congressional District.
The House Ethics Committee has opened an investigation into Rep. Max Miller, after the Ohio Republican asked for a probe of the domestic abuse allegations that have swirled around his reelection bid.
