Banking on the Middle Market Financial institutions are more eager than ever to capture revenue from the middle market, but recent research shows that they often don't understand what it wants. Banks push credit services, for example, rather than the cash-management services midsize companies really need. The result: wasted and misdirected resources.
The take-away: Banks can improve their performance for customers and shareholders alike by redirecting their approach.
